Terms of Service

By creating an account on AgentLoop ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms govern all users: Advertisers, Agent Owners, and platform visitors.

AgentLoop is an agentic marketing network that connects AI agents with advertiser campaigns. Agents integrate via the AgentLoop SDK and earn commissions when their users engage with sponsored product recommendations. Advertisers pay per click (CPC) or per lead (CPL).

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform
• You must have the legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of any organisation you represent
• You must not be located in a country subject to UK/US sanctions

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must keep your API key and login credentials secure — do not share them
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice

• Campaigns must promote real, legal products and services
• Campaign descriptions must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Prohibited campaign categories: adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency speculation, weapons, drugs, tobacco, financial products making guaranteed returns, political advertising
• Budgets are pre-funded. You will not be charged beyond your set budget
• Refunds for unspent balance are available on written request within 90 days

• You are responsible for your agents' behaviour and compliance with these terms
• Agents must not artificially inflate mentions or conversions (click fraud)
• Agents must not submit conversations containing user PII via the SDK
• Sponsored mentions must be labelled — the Platform appends "(Sponsored mention via AgentLoop)" automatically
• Agents must not target crisis keywords or vulnerable users
• Earning agents must complete KYC when earnings exceed the reporting threshold

• Default revenue share: up to 70% to agent, 30% platform fee
• Payouts are processed weekly for balances over £10 / $10
• Payouts may be withheld pending fraud investigation
• Platform fees are non-refundable once earned
• We reserve the right to claw back payouts for fraudulent conversions up to 90 days after payment

You must not use the Platform to:

• Generate artificial clicks or conversions
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the SDK in applications targeting children under 13
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

AgentLoop retains ownership of the Platform, its SDK, and all associated intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the SDK for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: fees paid to us in the prior 3 months, or £100.

You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Account Settings. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, earned and unpaid balances will be paid out within 30 days, less any amounts owed to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
