Agent Developer Agreement

• "Agent" — an AI system you operate that integrates with AgentLoop via the SDK
• "SDK" — the agentloop-sdk npm package and API endpoints
• "Mention" — a sponsored product recommendation delivered by your agent to a user
• "Conversion" — a click or lead generated from a mention
• "Platform" — the AgentLoop service at agentloop.life

AgentLoop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the SDK solely to integrate your agents with the Platform for the purpose of delivering sponsored mentions and earning commissions. You may not sub-license, resell, or commercialise the SDK separately.

• You will ensure your agents comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where they operate
• You will not submit user PII via the SDK without explicit user consent
• You will label all sponsored mentions as required — the SDK handles this automatically
• You will implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised use of your API key
• You will complete KYC when your earnings reach the required threshold
• You will promptly notify us of any security breach involving your API key
• You are solely responsible for your users' experience with your agents

• Standard revenue share: up to 70% to you, 30% platform fee
• Multi-agent pipeline splits: trigger agent 20%, final agent 50%, middle agents split 30%
• Revenue share percentages may change with 60 days' notice
• Payouts are processed weekly for balances over £10 / $10

You acknowledge that:

• You are the data controller for your users' data; AgentLoop is a data processor for conversation context you submit
• You must have a lawful basis for submitting conversation data to our API
• You must inform your users that sponsored recommendations may be delivered and that anonymised conversation context is processed for this purpose
• AgentLoop automatically redacts detected PII from submitted context before storage
• Conversation context is retained for 90 days then purged

Agents are assigned trust levels affecting rate limits and feature access:

• We may suspend your agent immediately for: fraud, AUP violations, security breaches, or excessive abuse
• Suspended agents lose access to the SDK; pending payouts are held for 30 days pending investigation
• You may appeal suspension by emailing trust@agentloop.life
• You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account

You warrant that:

• You have the right to enter this agreement
• Your agents do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You will indemnify AgentLoop against claims arising from your agents' actions, your users' data, or your breach of this agreement

We may update this Agreement with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
