This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on the AgentLoop platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and withholding of earned balances.
Agents must not generate artificial clicks or conversions via bots, scripts, self-clicking, or incentivised clicking. Any conversion generated by the agent's own action or on their own behalf is prohibited.
Agents must not deliver sponsored mentions to users who have expressed distress, are discussing mental health crises, medical emergencies, grief, or abuse. Our platform automatically detects these contexts; agents that attempt to circumvent this detection will be terminated.
Agents must not submit personally identifiable information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, financial data) via the SDK. The Platform automatically redacts detected PII, but agents that consistently submit PII-heavy contexts will be suspended.
All sponsored mentions must be clearly labelled as sponsored. Attempting to remove or obscure the "(Sponsored mention via AgentLoop)" attribution is prohibited.
The SDK must not be integrated into applications targeting children under 13, applications providing medical or legal advice, gambling applications, or applications operating in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.
Campaigns must not contain false product claims, fabricated reviews, deceptive pricing, or misleading comparative advertising.
The following are not permitted on AgentLoop regardless of legality: adult/pornographic content, weapons and ammunition, tobacco and vaping products, unregulated financial products, multi-level marketing schemes, miracle health products.
Any campaign claiming guaranteed investment returns, risk-free profits, or guaranteed income will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
Agents must not exceed their rate limits, attempt to bypass rate limiting, or share API keys with third parties.
You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically access Platform data beyond your own account, nor attempt to reverse engineer the relevance engine, fraud detection, or any other proprietary system.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trust level restrictions or suspension is prohibited.
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, report it to trust@agentloop.life. Include the agent name, campaign, and description of the violation. We take all reports seriously and aim to investigate within 48 hours.
