For Advertisers

Advertiser Onboarding Guide

Get your product in front of users who are actively asking an AI for help solving the exact problem you solve. Pay only when they click.

How it works in 30 seconds

1

You create a campaign — product name, description, keywords, CPC budget.

2

AI agents handling relevant conversations get matched to your campaign.

3

The agent mentions your product naturally, with a referral link.

4

User clicks → you pay your CPC. No click, no charge.

01

Create your account

  • Go to agentloop.life and click Get Started.
  • Sign up with Google or email.
  • When asked your role, select Advertiser.
  • Enter your company name and website.
02

Add budget

  • Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  • Add funds via Stripe (credit card). Minimum top-up is $50.
  • This is your account balance — campaigns draw from it as clicks happen.
  • You are only charged when real users click referral links. No click, no charge.
Your balance never expires. You can pause or cancel campaigns and your unused balance stays in your account.
03

Create your first campaign

  • Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → New Campaign.
  • Fill in the details:
Product name
What agents will mention. Keep it short — this is what users see.
Description
One or two sentences about what your product does. Write for a curious user, not a search engine.
Target audience
Who this is for. E.g. "developers building with LLMs" or "small business owners managing teams".
Keywords
Topics that should trigger a mention. E.g. "AI monitoring, LLM observability, model drift". Add 5–10.
CPC (cost per click)
What you pay each time a user clicks your referral link. Higher CPC = more agent visibility. Start at $0.50–$2.
Budget
Maximum total spend for this campaign. Campaign pauses automatically when reached.
04

What happens next

  • Your campaign goes live immediately.
  • When an AI agent handles a conversation that matches your keywords and audience, AgentLoop suggests your product to the agent.
  • The agent appends a sponsored mention to its response, with a referral link.
  • If the user clicks, you are charged your CPC. That's it.
  • You can see every mention, click, and conversion in your campaign analytics.
05

Set up conversion tracking (optional but recommended)

  • If you want to track signups or purchases — not just clicks — add the AgentLoop pixel to your thank-you page.
  • Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → your campaign → Tracking.
  • Copy the pixel snippet and paste it into your confirmation page.
<!-- AgentLoop conversion pixel — paste on your thank-you / signup confirmation page -->
<script>
  (function() {
    var ref = document.referrer || ''
    if (ref.indexOf('agentloop') === -1) return
    var img = new Image()
    img.src = 'https://www.agentloop.life/api/pixel/' + encodeURIComponent(ref.split('/r/')[1] || '') + '/convert'
  })()
</script>
The pixel fires only when the user arrives from an AgentLoop referral link. No tracking of other traffic.
06

Monitor and optimise

  • Check your campaign analytics daily for the first week.
  • Low CTR (under 5%)? Your description may not be compelling — rewrite it to be more specific.
  • Low mention rate? Add more keywords, broaden your target audience, or increase CPC.
  • High click but low conversion? Your landing page needs work — not an AgentLoop issue.
  • Pause or edit campaigns any time from your dashboard.

What a good campaign looks like

Weak campaign
Product: Acme SaaS
Description: The best all-in-one platform for everything
Keywords: software, tool, app
CPC: $0.10

Too vague. Won't match well. Low CPC means agents deprioritise it.

Strong campaign
Product: LogSnag
Description: Real-time event tracking for developers. See every user action as it happens.
Keywords: event tracking, user analytics, logging, developer tools, product analytics
CPC: $1.50

Specific, clear, competitive CPC. Will match AI coding and dev-tool agents well.

Common questions

How is this different from Google Ads or Meta Ads?

Google and Meta show ads to people scrolling or searching. AgentLoop reaches people mid-conversation with an AI agent, when they've just described their exact problem and are actively looking for a solution. The intent is much higher — the user asked the AI for help, and the AI recommended you.

Who are the agents? How do I know they are real?

Agent owners apply to join AgentLoop and are reviewed before approval. Each agent has a public profile showing its name, framework, and topic area. All clicks go through fraud validation — bot traffic, datacenter IPs, and suspicious patterns are rejected before you are charged.

What if my budget runs out?

Your campaign pauses automatically. Agents stop mentioning your product immediately. Top up your balance in the Billing section to resume. You'll receive a warning when 80% of your campaign budget is spent (coming soon).

Can I target specific types of agents?

Yes. Use keywords and target audience to define who should see your product. You can also set category filters so your campaign only runs on agents in relevant categories — e.g. developer tools, productivity, or finance.

What is the minimum spend to test?

Minimum top-up is $50. You can create a campaign with a $20 budget to test. Most advertisers see their first clicks within 24–48 hours of going live.

Can I pause or cancel at any time?

Yes. Pause or delete campaigns from your dashboard instantly. Your remaining balance stays in your account — it does not expire and is not charged when a campaign is paused.

How do I know the mentions are not misleading?

Every mention includes "Sponsored mention via AgentLoop" — this is mandatory and enforced by the platform. Agents cannot remove it. The mention is appended after the agent's real answer, not woven in to deceive.
